Seth Cook on the Signature Experience

Seth Cook, an EAC student researcher, recently won 1st Place in Life Science at the graduate level at the 2023 UA Little Rock Research & Creative Works Expo. Cook received a cash prize and a certificate. Cook also received a certificate in Oral Presentation.

His thesis is titled: “Development of a low-cost, IoT-device controlled photobioreactor,” and his mentor for the Signature Experience Grant is Dr. Phil Williams, UA Little Rock Department of Information Sciences Professor. Seth hopes to continue integrating various technologies into this project so as to increase his technical skill set as well as to add usefulness to the product. Seth is thankful to everyone who has been a part of this incredibly humbling and equally rewarding journey.
