Deepthi Ravipati
Master's in Information Science
Deepthi Ravipati is a Graduate Research Assistant and M.S. student in Information Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VR Siddhartha Engineering College, India, she brings a multidisciplinary background in data science, immersive media, and applied AI. Since joining the Emerging Analytics Center in 2024, her work has centered on building intelligent, interactive systems that combine machine learning with immersive technologies. Her recent projects include developing a doctor-patient chatbot using Gemini API with few-shot prompting and integrating it into a 360° Unity virtual tour. She also designs automated web scraping pipelines using Python and BeautifulSoup to support data-driven decision-making. In parallel, she manages AR/VR educational applications in Unity, focusing on user engagement and experiential learning. Deepthi is passionate about building human-centered systems that address real-world problems through innovative technologies.
